The ICG was delighted to be able to welcome back four recent PhD students for their graduation yesterday. Dr Angela Burden, Dr Dominic Galliano, Dr Oliver Steele, Dr Tim Higgs, and Dr Rafal Szepietowski received their degrees in a ceremony which also saw Portsmouth local Professor Jim Al-Khalili recognised with an honorary degree for his work in engaging the public with science and for his links to the university, and local schools and colleges. This was followed by a departmental reception at the ICG for the graduates along with their friends and family.
